Mojo Helpdesk Update: Asset Check In/Check Out
Asset Management just got a major upgrade. Asset Check In/Check Out is now a lot easier and faster. It tracks device assignments and sends automated return reminders.
Checking assets in and out
Agents follow a guided flow to check equipment in and out. Each checkout records the asset condition, a return due date, and notes. Check-in records the return condition, creating a before-and-after record for every asset. Scan a barcode from the browser to find an asset instantly.
Asset due date tracking and reminders
Mojo flags overdue items and anything due within three days. Users receive email reminders one week and one day before the return date, plus checkout and return receipts.
Checkout Dashboard
The Checkout Dashboard shows all checked-out assets, overdue items, and due-soon assets. Select any category to filter the list.
Asset and user asset history
The asset and user profile includes a complete checkout history - who had it, when, what condition it came back in, and any notes.
