Mojo Pro Tip: Watch for the Red Exclamation Point on a Contact Profile
A red exclamation point next to a ticket creator’s name means their email address has not been confirmed.
Why it matters:
- The ticket creator may have entered a typo in their email address
- It can also flag suspicious activity such as spam or an impersonation attempt

Admins can mark the contact as verified if the email is confirmed to be legitimate.
Admins can also disable the email verification requirement if it doesn’t work for the organization’s workflow (ex. Internal-only help desks).
