We’re thrilled to announce that Felix AI is now available to all customers at no extra cost, across all Mojo Helpdesk plans.

What is Felix AI?

Felix AI (previously known as the Mojo AI Copilot) is Mojo Helpdesk’s built-in AI assistant. It helps agents respond to tickets faster and be more efficient.

Here’s what Felix AI can do:

  • Suggest answer: Drafts a reply based on the ticket thread and available knowledge base articles
  • Improve draft: Rephrase, shorten, elaborate, make formal or make friendly
  • Suggest a KB article: Suggests the most relevant knowledge base articles
  • Ticket summary: Understand a ticket without reading the whole conversation. Felix AI highlights key details such as:
    • Issue summary
    • Customer context
    • Agent actions
    • Resolution status
  • Sentiment analysis: Highlights emotional indicators, conversation tone, and key phrases to better understand customer sentiment
