Mojo Helpdesk Maximized: More Content in Full Width Layout

The latest Mojo Helpdesk UI layout maximizes information density. Here’s what’s new:

A ticket list that displays more information

The use of space in the ticket list is maximized. The beginning of the ticket description is displayed after the title, allowing agents to quickly scan tickets without opening them, similar to email.

Ticket detail view in full screen

The ticket detail view adjusts to the screen size. If there’s room on the screen, Mojo Helpdesk makes full use of it.

Collapsible left navigation menu

The left-hand navigation (My Assignments, Open Tickets, Saved Searches) is shown by default for easy access. When you need extra space, click the hamburger menu icon (☰) to toggle the nav bar visibility.
