Mojo Helpdesk Maximized: More Content in Full Width Layout

This Mojo Helpdesk update maximizes information density by using all the screen space available.

A ticket list that displays more information

Mojo Helpdesk now makes use of all the screen space available and shows more information. Both ticket title and the last comment are now visible, allowing users to scan tickets without having to open them.

The ticket detail view width adjusts to the screen size. If there’s room on the screen, Mojo Helpdesk makes full use of it.

Collapsible left navigation menu

The left-hand navigation (My Assignments, Open Tickets, Saved Searches) is shown by default for easy access. When you need extra space, click the hamburger menu icon (☰) to toggle the nav bar visibility.
