We're pleased to announce that Mojo Helpdesk has completed a comprehensive FERPA readiness initiative, further strengthening our commitment to protecting student data and supporting educational institutions in meeting their obligations under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

- Updated our security and compliance resources to provide greater transparency for schools and districts.
Mojo Helpdesk maintains an independent SOC 2 Type II examination, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to security and data protection.
Educational institutions retain ownership and control of their student data, while Mojo Helpdesk provides security and privacy safeguards designed to support their FERPA obligations.
