Mojo Pro Tip: Who Can Trash and Restore Tickets
Need to clean up spam or unnecessary tickets? By default, Admins and Managers can move tickets to the trash. If desired, Admins can also allow agents to do this in Account Administration (⚙️) > Tickets > Settings.
Tickets stay in the trash for 30 days. Admins and Managers can restore them during this period. After 30 days, tickets will be permanently deleted and gone forever.
