Mojo Pro Tip: Filter Out Internal Notes for Printing

Use the conversation filter to control which messages appear in a ticket printout. Options include:

  • All messages
  • Messages involving the contact
  • Staff messages

After applying a filter, press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Cmd + P (Mac) to open the print dialog. This is ideal for audits, sharing with stakeholders, or documenting specific communications.
