Mojo Pro Tip: Who Can Edit or Delete Comments

Need to fix a typo? Click the vertical ellipses icon (⋮) in the upper-right corner of any staff note or comment to make edits. All agents have permission to edit comments.

Need to delete something instead? By default, only Admins and Managers can delete comments or staff notes. To give agents deletion permissions, an Admin can turn it on in Account administration (⚙️) > Tickets > Settings.
