Mojo Pro Tip: Editing and Deleting Comments (See Which Roles Have Access)
Need to fix a typo? Click the vertical ellipses icon (⋮) in the upper right corner to edit a staff note or comment. All agents can edit.
Need to delete a comment? By default, only agents with an Admin or Manager role can delete a comment or staff note. To give all agents deletion permissions, Admins can enable this in Account administration (⚙️) > Tickets > Settings.
