Mojo Pro Tip: Click the Ticket Side Panel for Contact Info and History

Need a little more context before replying to a ticket? Click the contact icon in the right-hand panel to pull up the requester’s profile. This displays their name, role, group, contact information, and a full history of tickets all without leaving the ticket view.
