The ticket status colors in Mojo Helpdesk have been updated to make things easier to scan and understand at a glance.
Each color was thoughtfully chosen to reflect the ticket’s state, bringing more consistency across the platform.

A Clearer Color System
Here’s how the new colors work:

- Green → New: Like a green light, this shows a ticket has just come in and is ready to be picked up
- Blue → In Progress: Indicates the work is underway, steady and ongoing
- Grey → On Hold: A neutral color that shows the ticket is paused or waiting on something
- Yellow → Information Requested: Highlights that we’ve asked the requester for more details. It stands out without feeling urgent
- Light Purple → Solution Offered: A sign that a response or solution has been shared, and we’re waiting to hear back. The lighter shade of purple reflects that the ticket is moving towards resolution
- Dark Purple → Closed: Used for closed tickets. The deeper saturation signals a sense of completion and finality
Additionally, you’ll now see a small color-coded badge just below the ticket title. A circle means the ticket is open, while a checkmark inside the circle means it’s solved or closed.

These icons align with Mojo Helpdesk’s two meta statuses:
- Open: Tickets that need attention
- Resolved: Tickets that don’t need further action
Why the Change?
This update helps bring visual consistency and makes it easier to track the flow of work without needing to read each status label closely.
It’s a small improvement, but one that adds up when you’re handling tickets throughout the day.
