
We’ve been working to make Mojo Helpdesk more reliable and efficient, with a streamlined UI. Here’s what’s new from the past month:
Enhancements
- Major update to API documentation: Expanded content in a more user-friendly format https://developer.mojohelpdesk.com/
- Introduced “type to search” filtering in reports

- Added a Back to app button for easy navigation to the ticket list
- Rolled out a sleeker, more Zen Mojo with a focus on ticket views. Learn more.
- Added ability for users to add a CC in the user portal when adding a message

- Export files now include customer comments along with ticket ratings for more complete feedback tracking
- Improved all_comments variable in Mojo bots: Emails sent by Mojo bots now display the comment text and the author, providing more context without needing to open the ticket
- Mail score improvements: Updated the sending process and content of email notifications to improve spam scoring
- Search from unassigned tickets: Agents can now start searches from the Unassigned Tickets list, matching the behavior in the Classic UI
- Better search weights in the knowledge base: Search now prioritizes ticket titles, followed by keywords, then content for more relevant results
- Improved staff note notifications: The ticket email address is now hidden in the “from” field of staff notifications for added precaution
Bug Fixes
- Aligned asterisks in the API access key field for a cleaner look
- Updated the icon for notification center watched tickets
- Agents in the assignee list and search drop down now display in alphabetical order
- Fixed an issue where some agents appeared as suspended incorrectly
- Resolved a loading issue with the Mojo star animation
- Fixed broken Help Center search
- Adjusted Bamzooka logo size after a release that made it huge
- Corrected error message displayed when viewing an unpublished articles
- Help Center footer now stays anchored at the bottom of the screen
- Long file names now truncate with ellipses (as seen when adding an attachment)
- Prevented duplicate agents in search filters
- Prevented saved searches list from appearing empty
- Fixed event log to display the correct star ratings
- Corrected an issue in the API ticket search that was breaking the Zapier app
- Ticket list Due Soon and Overdue buttons have been renamed to SLA due soon and SLA overdue to prevent name conflicts with existing ticket field Due date
- SLA countdowns will no longer apply to deleted or trashed tickets
- Added SLA pause duration tracking to ensure accurate tracking of tickets that move between different statuses
