What's New in Mojo: December 2025 Update
The Mojo Helpdesk team is happy to share the software updates from the past month.
NEW: Ticket List Customization Enhancements
The ticket list view is now more customizable, giving agents greater control over how information is displayed as they work.
- The header row stays visible as agents scroll the ticket list, with click-to-sort controls for columns including contact, assignee, status, and priority.
- Choose which details appear in the displayed columns, including the latest comment snippet or SLA.
- Drag and drop columns to reorder.
- Adjust column widths to match preferences.
Features
- Filters now reset cleanly when performing a new search, preventing leftover criteria from affecting results
- Asset updates now generate an entry on the ticket event log.
- Additional event logs have been added when parent or child tickets are deleted.
- Long ticket descriptions can now be collapsed, with a "+ more" button to quickly expand details.
- Agents can select multiple assets when creating a ticket from the agent portal.
Bug Fixes
- Date formats are now consistent across reports, improving calculation accuracy.
- An extra vertical scrollbar has been removed from the Yoda theme.
Coming soon
- We're working on enhancements to the ticket detail and ticket list views to maximize information density.
- Custom fields will be relocated to the main ticket area for easier access.
- Mojo email enhancements will improve deliverability and reduce the risk of notifications being classified as spam.
