
Mojo sends automated email notifications to keep agents and users informed—but in some cases, those messages can be unnecessary or even disruptive.
Admins and managers can disable all email notifications for specific users, such as:
- System or API accounts that don’t need updates
- Group email addresses or unmonitored inboxes
- Spam or abusive users flagged to block further communication
