Your Mojo Bots Are Ready — Migrated from Classic Automations

As part of your journey to the new Mojo Experience, we’ve done a bit of behind-the-scenes work: active Automations from the Classic UI have been automatically migrated into Mojo bots.

This change saves you the time and effort of manually rebuilding them. That said, we recommend that account Admins take a moment to review the newly created bots to ensure everything is set up just the way your team needs it.

How to identify migrated Mojo bots

You can easily spot these migrated rules in your helpdesk:

  1. Go to Admin settings > Business rules > Mojo bots
  2. Look for bots labeled with from automation in the title

These bots were generated from the Automations that were previously active on the Classic UI.

What you should do

Admins/managers should review these bots to confirm they’re configured correctly and still align with your workflows.

Not sure which UI you’re using?

Look at the upper right corner of your screen next to the search bar:

  • If you see “back to Mojo classic UI,” you’re already using the new Mojo Experience
  • If you see “try the new Mojo Experience,” you’re still on the Classic UI
  • If you don’t see either option, you’re already on the new Mojo Experience, and no action is needed
