“Assigned on” Time Stamp.

Ticket assignment time is now displayed in the ticket detail page.

More Dashboard Metrics.

The dashboard now display:
– “time to assign”: the average time it took for tickets to be assigned
– “time to solve”: the average time to solve a ticket

Gravatar or Initials for Users: Managers to Choose

Helpdesk managers can change users picture type by choosing between gravatar and initials. This feature is located in the user profile.

Get Started with Mojo Faster: New Quick Setup

To get started easily, new Mojo accounts can use a “Quick Setup” section located at the top of the helpdesk settings page.

Form Widget Builder Improvements

Did you know you can embed a ticket form in a website? We made it even easier than before. The form widget builder is now more intuitive.

Email Address Field Auto-Suggest.

When typing an email address Mojo will display a list of matching email addresses to choose from.

The Mojo Star Now Spins

The signature “My Mojo” star is not static anymore. When the helpdesk loads, star will go on a spin.
